Can I be Exempted from Skills Assessment for My ENS (SC 186) - Direct Entry Stream Visa?

The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) (Subclass 186) visa is a pathway for skilled workers who aim to live and work in Australia indefinitely. To meet the requirement for ENS – Direct Entry stream, applicants must also have the relevant skills and qualifications for their nominated occupation, which they proposed.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary skills and qualifications required for their nominated occupation. This is typically achieved through a positive skills assessment conducted by the relevant authority.
