States will likely continue prioritising nominations for specialised roles crucial to their local economies. Victoria states, in particular, have used up an estimated 80% for SC190 and 62% for SC491 of their allocated seats. We are unsure when Victoria will open its invitation rounds for the rest of the FY, so it is recommended that you speak with one of our immigration lawyers if you wish to discuss other visa pathways.
