3. Occupational Training for Capacity Building Overseas

The training must be specifically tailored to the nominee's needs.
B. Government Support
Structured Workplace-Based Occupational Training: Requires support from a government agency in Australia or the government in the nominee's home country.
Support must come from a national, state, or territory level in Australia or a provincial level in the home country.

C. Professional Development
Professional Development Programs: Designed for overseas employers to send their managerial or professional employees for face-to-face teaching in a classroom or similar environment in Australia.
