ACT Skilled Migration Program is Now OPEN!
ACT skilled migration program is now open, however, restrictions apply! The number of nominations will be restricted to Canberra residents with skills critical to support the economy from the effect of the pandemic.
The skilled migration program in ACT is closed to all applicants who are overseas.
An interim number of nominations has been allocated for ACT to nominate skilled applicants until the Commonwealth Budget is allocated on 6 October 2020.
ACT Critical Skills List
Due to the nomination restriction, ACT is now operating with a new ACT Critical Skills List. There will be a monthly allocation to the number of applicants ACT can nominate and you may not receive nominations when this number is reached. If your occupation is on the Critical Skills List, we encouraged you to act FAST and contact our team so that we are able to assist you with your application.
