Business Owner Visa Subclass 890 Remitted Back to Department by AAT Without a Hearing
Following from the court case where Agape assisted me in getting the case remitted back to the Tribunal without a hearing, I wanted to make sure there were no more issues. I engaged them to draft legal submissions for me to make everything clear and concise as to how I met all the requirements. They helped me prepare my case and also helped me practise before the actual Tribunal hearing. She even did background on the Tribunal Member to see the decisions usually made by this Member for similar cases to mine. At the Tribunal hearing, my representative would make clarifications on my behalf to ensure the Tribunal Member was not confused. She also helped me get more time after the hearing to submit more information to the Tribunal. Now my case is almost finished. We got a successful decision from the AAT and now we are just waiting for the Department to give me a decision on the Subclass 890 visa.
