I am so glad I engaged the services of Agape. Their lawyers are fighters. My application was delayed so many times and the procedures and changes started to make me lose hope in migrating to Australia. I wanted to give up but I am glad I never lost trust in Agape because in the end, they delivered the result I wanted. In the end, the Tribunal conceded that my spousal relationship was indeed genuine and it ended because I suffered family violence. The Tribunal remitted the application back to the Department for reconsideration.
