Student Visa Granted Despite Receiving Warning About PIC4020

“I was included in a number of my mother’s Australian visa applications as a dependent, and I had no clue what happened with those applications. I received a warning from the Department that my application may be refused due to PIC 4020, attracting a possible 3 year exclusion period, because I failed to declare that one of my previous applications (as a dependent) was refused.
