If you feel that our service fell short of your expectations, by leaving us tips on how we can improve, helps mould us to be better legal practitioners. A team led by our Director of User Experience will be in touch to assist with regaining your trust in us.
Professional Obligation
If the issue goes to our professional obligations, our compliance team will initiate an internal investigation where you will be provided a copy of report. If there is a minor breach, rest assure that disciplinary action will be taken. They can be in a form of caution, suspension, and re-education. If we find that the breach is a major one, we are obligated to take effective control. This may result in the termination of a legal practitioner at our firm and you will have our full support in a complaint to the relevant legal authority.
